Yarn Quality Control
Before production begins, we conduct a thorough analysis of each yarn, evaluating critical characteristics such as twist, appearance, moisture content, and strength, among others, to ensure that only the highest-quality materials are used in our production line.

Color Reading
We implement the Datacolor system for precise and efficient color management. Through electronic reading, we can reproduce colors accurately, adjusting them to exact specifications with custom formulas that guarantee perfect consistency in each production batch.

Automated Color System
Our innovative automated color dispenser system, including the Auto LAB TF and 160 Auto Lab SPS, allows for the creation of recipes with millimeter precision and high reproducibility, ensuring consistent results over time. Additionally, the dyeing process includes state-of-the-art technologies like Ahiba IR dyeing, thermal drying, foulard, and the use of light boxes for a flawless finish.

Color Fastness Evaluation
Color fastness evaluation is a core part of our quality process. We conduct standardized tests to measure the color’s resistance to rubbing, sweat, light, and chemicals such as peroxide, among others. These controls ensure that the colors are durable and maintain their integrity throughout use and over time.
